Even if you have all the details set and believe you only need a coordinator for your wedding day, our work actually begins two weeks before the event.

You will share with us the details you’ve already arranged with your vendors so we know exactly what to do next.

We will contact all involved vendors, confirm the products and services to be delivered on the day, and create the event schedule (we’ll set exact arrival times for each vendor, the artistic program, and the meal serving times to ensure everything runs smoothly).

On the morning of the wedding day (or the day before, depending on the location), we will arrive at the venue to ensure that the vendors and the venue deliver exactly what we’ve discussed. We will follow the schedule and make sure everything goes according to plan, so when you and your guests arrive, everything will be set and ready. The celebration will continue seamlessly as we stay on-site until the very end, making sure every detail is taken care of.
